@ONgov we now have to pay if we want to drop off our recycling at the dump. Why? Everything is now packaged in plastic. We have triple the amount needing recycling, we can only recycle 1 time every 2 weeks. Makes it make sense.

@ONgov I don’t understand switching recycling. On top of the switch small businesses have to pay extra for recycling. Isn’t the taxes we pay supposed to cover this? Don’t small businesses also pay tax? Wont forcing small business to spend more drive prices up?
