Joe Rogan asked the one question that shatters the entire “safe and effective” narrative.

“What is SV40?”

Pharma’s “safe and effective” lie started long before Covid.

“All cancers in humanity have gone up since the inception of vaccination.”

Her discovery was “suppressed heavily” by Pharma and their cronies in the media and medical journals.

But microbiologist Maurice Hilleman later validated her findings, and confirmed that it came from the African green monkey kidneys.

SV40 is benign in African green monkeys.

But in human beings, it is far from benign.

Dr. Michele Carbone, “one of the primary researchers looking at the carcinogenic potential of simian virus 40,” described it as the “perfect war machine.”

Dr. Humphries: “What this virus does is it enhances two cancer-promoting genes, and it inhibits two cancer suppressors.”

“That’s why it’s called the perfect war machine.”

And to this day, African green monkey cells are “still a listed ingredient on vaccines.”

During the Covid-19 Inquiry, Martin Hewitt gave evidence not simply as a former police officer, but as the NPCC Chair and Gold Commander for Operation Talla.

His evidence deserves careful reading.

So do the official documents which now sit alongside it.

This paper examines:

• his written witness statements;
• his oral Inquiry evidence;
• the NPCC Section 22A Collaboration Agreement;
• Chiefs' Council minutes;
• Operation Talla documentation;
• national governance records; and
• subsequent Freedom of Information disclosures.

The result is not an accusation. It is a constitutional examination.

One question emerges repeatedly:

How should the traditional principle of operational independence be understood alongside documentary evidence describing Gold Command, national operational coordination, implementation of Government policy, continual Home Office engagement and a stated objective of national consistency?

The paper does not seek to answer that question. It instead explains why the official record now requires it to be asked.

If constitutional confidence is to endure, important questions should be capable of being answered by reference to official documents, rather than simply constitutional convention.

The documents are increasingly speaking for themselves.
