much due to govt regulations on new construction, appliances, plumbing, electrical etc. that leads to increased cost and shortages. Social security was a pyramid scheme from the start. Govt killed private pensions and public pensions are bankrupting us all.

@donwinslow I can sign and mail in my neighbor’s ballot. I can go to a nursing home and fill out ballots for those who don’t know their own names. I can harvest ballots from migrants who aren’t legal voters. Only military and Citizens abroad should get mail in ballots.
