FOUR “escalation specialists” couldn’t book it for me unless I paid for an upgrade. Your website says you’ll book a customer on the next available flight at no additional cost if you cancel their flight - but I still had to pay for an upgrade.

Ok @JetBlue, let’s recap: upon landing in LAX this am, I was notified that my flight this evening was cancelled and rescheduled for tomorrow afternoon. When I pointed out an available MINT seat, I was instead scheduled for a flight out of BUR tonight.
