@coopuk Not always the case though is it @coopuk. Try putting staff on the tills to serve your customers rather then staffing to the bare minimum and expecting customers to serve themselves - Woseley Road, Plymouth I was forced to do my own ‘Staff Announcement’ to raise a staff member!

@Tapi_Carpets - Booked a Home Visit Online but the front line agent that called me was appalling I’m not going to proceed. Why would you put an agent who clearly doesn’t want to do the job, had a completely lack lustre energy and then argued rather than apologised!
@UHP_NHS You know when waiting over 20 minutes to speak to someone a simple ‘sorry for the wait’ goes a long way!
And when my details are incorrect and I need to call to correct again a sorry costs nothing !
@waitrose - So disappointed. I ordered an ‘Entertaining’ order for a dinner party tonight (you have to order 5 days in advance) so why do I only find out this morning that the item is ‘Unavailable’ through the standard groceries receipt!
I’m not one for jumping on the bandwagon usually but just wanted to say thanks.
I’m a gay man but I’m not out and proud I just get on with my life without the need for fanfare but lately it’s all going too far.
