@OctopusEnergy You have sent me an email this morning demanding payment of ยฃ1098 when my account is 1) in credit and 2) I can't possibly have used that much energy. I'm shocked by the amount and would like this looked into as a matter or urgency please.
@The_Oodie@PrincessMeowcia The whole thing stinks. I got one in my basket was told I was in a queue with approx a min wait. 30 mins later timed out and an empty basket!
@The_Oodie oh and now it "mysteriously" timed out takes me back to home page. If someone has successfully added something to their basket they should be able to purchase it! Appalling behaviour
@_PurelyPets Why do you always take so damn long to process claims? I have 3 waiting one of which is now 4 weeks old and just sits there saying waiting to process, it's not acceptable!
@nectar So nearly 7 weeks after my nectar card was used fraudulently and emptied of a considerable balance, I am STILL waiting for you to sort this out! Not acceptable.
