@EricM__21@RudyLTX@Cernovich NOW is terrific for NAC, I also I use their brand for several other supplements. Anxiety and sleep improved right away, been doing it for 6 years. Liver numbers moved to the bottom of the range across the board.
@mg3z3@CoffeeBlackMD The biggest part of the decision to start is whether or not you are done having kids or have decided you don’t want them. It’s also not cheap to do and you won’t ever want to come off TRT once you start.
@BowTiedBull Agreed 100%. In your 20’s if you are doing well, spend on the fun things and try to invest 20-25%. I’d be much further ahead if I didn’t, but I also no longer have the appetite for those things, much less the time. You will keep finding new mountains to climb.
@curtis90335@AJA_Cortes “Beyond optimal levels” is the key here. Leaning out below 15% body fat will show more lines in the face skin. Morbidly obese people will say they don’t want to lose weight because they will look old. Ya but you won’t have to sit down to take a piss anymore.
@RyanLCards@bandito_1914 Voit Bowman 1st autos would already be popping if the Mets fans weren’t so demoralized. All Mets cards are tamped down right now.
@JulianLippa@blueprintsmb22 It does if you make it work. Losing status or identity is more of an inside thing. Jump off the bridge, burn the boats, try your best not to attach results to your self esteem. When you do make it, validation from others will feel irrelevant compared to the first time you made it
@mariotomich That’s a fine starting place to just recomp. 175g protein at least per day and play carbs like casino chips. Roughly 2k calories per day and lift weights 3-4 times a week will be night and day difference in less than a year.
@SteveOnSpeed@DavidTDrury Please elaborate on the S-Corp 401k strategy for a 1 person owned company. I figured maxing the personal and employer match would be the best move to make.
