@0IvankaTrumpRV2 It's not just the British it might be worth checking the rest of the world at this point. It’s tough hearing people criticise someone you care about; instinct says defend them, but eventually you have to admit it, he might actually need help. I express no malice, he's sick.
@ncmissouri@0IvankaTrumpRV2 Yes, Britain has issues—but no mass shootings, and affordable healthcare aren’t signs of collapse. Criticism is fine but pretending the UK is some collapsing dystopia while holding up the US as a model of stability just isn’t grounded in reality.
@ncmissouri@0IvankaTrumpRV2 This falls apart the second you look at actual data. The UK isn’t “drowning” in crime its homicide rate is far lower than the US, and knife crime per capita is also lower. London’s murder rate is below many major US cities.
It’s my birthday on Thursday & I lost my dad suddenly on Easter Sunday 🥹 so what a better way to lift my spirits than an evening with @Carl_Cox. Haven’t experienced that since Angels in Burnley days, and @the_prodigy since Blackpool in the 90s. Looking forward to it. #Leeds❤️
@GMB@gmb There's more important things going on in the world than a family fallout. Can we step away from this bizarre obsession with the Beckhams and get reporting on more important matters. Leave this for an entertainment segment. It's not newsworthy!
@BBC can we please standardise the measurements on @GladiatorsTV? Leg lengths some in feet and inches, others in metres? It's very confusing! Metric will do thanks.
Hey @AsdaServiceTeam any chance of advising your delivery drivers not to drive over grass verges when doing deliveries, there's ample parking nearby. Ah now he's stuck in the mud... Karma 😂
Meanwhile my daughter who has an eating disorder and who is actively encouraged to eat and drink higher calorie, higher sugar food and drinks gets penalised or will this be available on prescription? https://t.co/C2YECo9SoV
We’re protecting children from obesity and tooth decay by extending the soft drinks industry levy to more products.
These changes could cut 17 million calories a day from the UK’s daily intake, meaning healthier children and less pressure on the NHS.

@GMB We're fortunate enough to have access to free contraception. Given that people's circumstances can change, I believe it is essential to provide some form of protection for working families with two or more children during times of redundancy or illness.
@GMB I have no objections to owning an ID card, as long as they provide them for free. It may fish out those who are claiming benefits and working too if you need to show ID to employers. Not everyone owns a passport or driving licence. If the card links everything it'll be great.
@YorkshireWater
Many thanks for increasing my bill by £24 a month, that is 63%. Can you explain how you justify this? Are you saying that because of a leak at the end of my street I have to pay extra? As I have two less people at my address, I don't have a hose...
Why do so many men hate women’s football? Is it fear? Bruised egos? Maybe the thought of women owning the pitch shatters their fragile sense of superiority. Newsflash: women can play, and deserve respect. Misogyny has no place in football—or anywhere. #LetWomenPlay#Euro2025
When you really, really want to see @the_prodigy in April 26, but you realise the dates are on a work night and you're not 20 anymore, you're approaching 50, and you'll be feeling like death the day after. 😭 Maybe next time ❤️
@GMB Although I emphasise with those families who are struggling, I also believe that if you're already struggling, why bring another child in the world. We're fortunate to have access to free family planning here in the UK. Have more children when you're financially stable.
@JeremyVineOn5 When Jamie Oliver got involved all that happened was the cost increased. Most parents already pay approximately £20 a week per secondary child on school meals. Better quality will result in further expense.
@JeremyVineOn5 I prefer self checkouts. I've discovered quicker than the staff at scanning. I actually prefer scan and go so I can pack as I go around.
@GMB We need to ensure medical staff are being paid a decent salary for their skills and experience. My friend's daughter graduated as a doctor 15 years ago and only two of those who graduated beside her have remained in the UK. The rest have gone abroad where they are paid well.
