We’re already in a digital world, and not every interview needs to be physical.

At least getting ghosted after a virtual interview will be less painful than spending money and stressing yourself to attend a physical interview, only to hear nothing afterwards. 😩

Employers that ghost candidates after interviews, you will ask God for bread and He will give you stone. 😩

The comments under my last post have shown me that so many job seekers are experiencing similar things.

Some travel for interviews and never hear back, while others are given a salary range only for it to be reduced after the interview.

Nigeria is already not easy, especially for people looking for jobs. Can more companies please implement virtual interviews?

@_timibrown1 It was even after the HR sent a message asking if I was willing to go lower. I said no, then he said the company was willing to pay ₦150k. Ahh! 😭 They later added ₦5k, making it ₦155k. 😂
