Building in public starting today. I'm running an AI video studio out of my home office: one RTX 5090, ComfyUI and open video models running locally. No cloud credits, no monthly subscriptions. I'll share what works, what breaks and what it really costs.
Business owners: what's the real reason you don't post video every week?
β’ Camera shy
β’ No time
β’ Don't know what to say
β’ Editing is a nightmare
Be honest. I'm building for exactly this.
My AI video setup runs entirely on one machine at home: an RTX 5090 + ComfyUI + local open video models.
No credits. No per-minute pricing. No upload limits.
I'll be posting what actually works (and what fails) here. Which model should I test first?
Most small businesses in SoCal post zero videos.
Not because they don't get it. Because filming every week is a pain: setup, lighting, 12 retakes, editing.
What if you filmed once, and every video after that was just a script?
That's what I'm building in Chino. More soon.
Quick intro: I'm Miles, and I live in Chino, CA.
For the past year I've been making AI video on my own machines almost every day: AI avatars, voice cloning, AI ads, short films.
And I keep hearing the same thing from local business owners: "I know I should post videos. I just hate being on camera."
So that's what I'm working on: film someone once, then let AI-them do the talking.
I'll share my work and how it's made here.
