@ACKOSupport This is beyond amazing! The lab at which you have scheduled the tests has NO INFORMATION about the appointment! Imagine an 84 year old has been sitting for the last 30 minutes and the lab refuses to take him for tests! Only God can pardon you ACKO for this behaviour!

@ACKOSupport I scheduled a lab visit from the ACKO app for the mandatory lab tests for my father. Tha lab calls up and says YOU SELECTED A WRONG LAB! We don’t do these tests… please ask acko! I call Acko who promise to get back (as usual). And then no one calls … ever!
