@TheCCShowcast@gtconway3d Man, that latter image doesn’t do it. I think the image of the mayor or congressman crying at George Floyd’s funeral does it better or Billie E at the 2026 Grammys.
@reddit_lies Out of curiosity, anybody know what isn’t allowed on r/LosAngeles … The Ohio subreddit basically blatantly targeted conservatives. I wonder how thinly disguised the bias is on r/LosAngeles
@reddit_lies I can’t believe that entire subreddit didn’t get banned for allowing a posts that put moderators in an unfavorable light. And I say that from the perspective of someone who was beyond frustrated with Reddit mods & Reddit culture.
@AstartesHead@TheCinesthetic Definitely a lesser Clooney, Pitt … A notch below Denzel, Spacey, Crowe, etc. Someone like Bridges, Hudson, Jolie are much better nepo talents than Cage imo.
@AstartesHead@TheCinesthetic I don’t associate him with any of Coppola’s biggest movies. He had supporting roles in what, Cotton Club & Rumble Fish, far from the cornerstone of his Uncle’s legacy.
Plus once he won an Oscar, he was at the top of overrated lists. Is Travolta a better than Pitt, that’s Cage
@NFL_DovKleiman I’ll say this, when AJ Green got drafted by the Bengals, he looked unhappy on the podium; & I never got that impression again once he actually played for the Bengals.
@Carnaville@TheCinesthetic I don’t get it, what’s so special about being the nephew of someone famous? When I think of a nepo baby, I think of a son or daughter.
