Arm fakes cost U nothing but may give U an out in return. When there is no play, arm fake. You may get a cheap out from an overly aggressive base runner. It should be slower vs. faster in order to give that aggressive runner time to create space & give U a clearer throwing lane.
The most amazing thing I have seen this fall is the kids who have committed to the weight room are the same ones throwing foul line to RCF fence and seen huge increases in velo. Ironic? I think not. Commit to the weight room or get left behind.
