@TfL atrocious access at the Elizabeth Line entrance at Bond Street. Doors closed and no one answered the help button. I use a wheelchair and can’t open doors. I’m speechless
@TfL I relied on the kindness of a stranger (who eventually came down in the lift some time after I did) to let me out. This really isn’t acceptable, especially when the help button was left unanswered and I was stuck. When will these doors be sorted so they are left open like normal?
My honest opinion is that wheelchair users should get concessions on airfares as well as help with carer tickets. We do not get an equal service, bottom line. Why should we pay the same fare as those who don't get treated like a piece of luggage? https://t.co/HZToARGw8Q
@RealDPO@InclusionLondon@TowerHamletsNow Would it be possible to get some further information on this? Is it free social care just for those who use Tower Hamlets contracted care agencies or does it also include those on direct payments?
Thank you to everyone who has followed and supported Judy throughout her lifetime of advocacy. May her memory be for a blessing.

@EllisPalmer94 @alextyler0206 @flowergirl_lon@TfLAccess The Bow Church lift has been incredibly temperamental recently too. I’ve had to walk from Bow Church more times than I can count. Not entirely sure I’ve seen any work actually being done on the Devons Road lift either?! Maddening that there’s no comms and that it’s been delayed
@Tanni_GT@TfL@TfLAccess Thanks Tanni! Stuck there for an hour… then was told I couldn’t come back later even though I told them I live there and needed it multiple times that day
@TfL@TfLAccess I’m currently stuck at Bromley by Bow station because the lifts have been turned off due to a lack of station staff. How do I get out? I’m a wheelchair user and have no other way out.
