Unfortunately I need to call for a strike vote.  The Strike Vote will be scheduled from August 25 to September 3.

This marks the first such vote in 25 years, prompted by a failure to properly negotiate and the company's insistence on maintaining a 25-year-old pay structure, which you have all proposed as outdated in the current post-pandemic economic climate.

I’m urging you to participate in the vote to demonstrate solidarity and to push for improved wages and working conditions. Check your Branch for specific Date and Times. Your stewards will have all the information.

Give us a strong mandate to show the company you deserve better.
