Today I had the pleasure of interviewing @IrishtrackF Coach Terry Maxwell along w/ two of his players, Kevin Einhaus & Chris Peura. We didn't talk specifically about football, but rather the Leadership Seminars Coach Maxwell leads with his players. What a blessing for our young men to be lead by someone with passion to see them become better men on and off the field here @SenecaHS

We should have the video up and running by tomorrow, but it was a great reminder that the students & staff of our district are the greatest reference we can provide for our vision & mission along #TheSenecaWay

Coach shared one of the few pictures he has from the sessions, because they don't bring phones in when they read and discuss. Look at the entire team captivated and locked in to what Senior Center Josh Lucas is sharing with them- inspiring!
