@PhilStewkesbury@KashFlow Was your query resolved? I can’t get any sensible response from Kashflow and I am losing patience. The purpose of invoicing software is to invoice. It is advertised as customisable. Can’t change the pdf templates and won’t allow email editing
@kashflow we are having exactly the same problem (plus a sudden lock down on editing pdf templates. I have had absolute nonsense from support about misuse of emails. I use the invoicing software to invoice but I can’t do that at the moment
@PhilStewkesbury@KashFlow We got the identical response. We only use the email system for invoices, with their Stripe link.
Also a request to change password, despite ours meeting the requirements. Attempts to change result in an error. We've stuck with KF for over 12 years, but if we can't invoice....
