@ZenithBank On Friday, Dec 23rd, I initiated a card transaction on a POS at the mall to make payments for an item.
I was debited for the first transaction but it was unsuccessful and transaction details showed “RVSD” but I was not credited back.
I then initiated another 1/2

I’ve not seen a more useless bank with bad customer care. Person go do pos transaction, it wouldn’t go through and yet still got debited , refund go be problem @gtbank @gtbank_help 🤡🤡🤡
