@andiebillings Heard the owner for sparrow does not pay the artists that have tier products on display there and that she also used the shop to hookup with her sidepiece.
@mnolangray Last time I was there we did
Sonoran desert museum
Saguaro nation park (they are next to each other)
Hike in the Catalina foothills early in the morning
I love tiki bars so went to kon-tiki but it was just ok.
Was going to stop at El charro Cafe but didn't get the chance.
@mateosfo For years. I've told colleagues at work (I'm in the automotive industry) that most people's first EV will be a Chinese brand or manufactured by Chinese company and sold under one of the US names. I've seen the vids of endless lots of EVs made simply to get the gvmnt subsidies
@AnitalovesWI@ZachInMilwaukee@KwikTrip Yeah I saw something like they need at least 2 acres of land and there just aren't many places in the city proper they can get like that
@IsaacRowlett Own my house here. I'm not sure it qualifies as a tax shelter anymore. The 1 sq mile of village is some of the highest property taxes in the state. Unless you are referring to the TIF zone for all the strip malls. Pretty sure they don't pay taxes.
@MikeBradleyMKE @nickhasthoughts Bentonville is about a 9 hour drive from Minneapolis for me. It has a lot of great things to offer. The kids always ask to go back to "Walmart" town.
@LisaKortebein @tmj4 Also, if 30st corridor is going to be a major connector to the Northside, make the east parking lots a transit hub and run a hop line along with the paved bike path all the way up to mequon. Run a hop line south down 43rd then over down forest home to connect those areas
@LisaKortebein @tmj4 Hop line along canal it's twice as wide as it needs to be. connect intermodal, potowatami, and amfam. Then find a row (maybe a long hank Aaron trail) to connect state fair, and zoo. Still remove the Uecker, Yount, and Molitor lots.
