What is most amazing to me is not that Jesus welcomed public transgressors into his company.
What astounds me is that they came to him with the full expectation of not being turned away.
No matter what you’ve done. No matter what someone has done to you. No matter how far gone you think you are. All that matters is this: your God stands there, arms open wide, heart full of love, beckoning you to come to him.
Far from turning you away, he will welcome you, forgive you, and call you his dear and beloved friend.
That’s the kind of God that Jesus is.
Life hack: The second you feel anything negative, pray.
Give it to God, ask Him to identify what is going on, reject any lies tied to it, repent if necessary, and you will feel His peace filling up inside of you.
We continue to hear the sickening death and destruction in Oromia. At least 350 people killed and over 400,000 displaced just in the last 48 hours in Kiramu ( East Walaga), Kombolcha & Gabate ( Horo Guduru) , and Kuyu & Wara Jarso ( Salale/ North Shawa).
