@Tracfone Hello there. I am very upset with Tracfone. I purchased a phone via TracFone and found out it was not compatible with my Dexcom diabetic sensor app. Two days later I mailed the phone back to the Indiana location I was told to return it to. I have the delivered tracking number. This has been well over a month, and I have not received my refund. Therefore, Tracfone has my money for the phone and the phone. I literally have nothing. I reached out to customer service and talked to 4 people. One rep told me that they basically didn't know what to do. Another rep created a manual ticket for my refund ticket number 139031197 and I still have not heard a thing. You have my money and the phone. What in the world type of service is this? Can someone please assist in getting this resolved?

@Maranatha7774 I don’t worry about pre, post, mid. My job is to advance the Kingdom of Jesus Christ. But people I know who are post,mid are not relying on their own strength. They know it is thru Christ that they endure even the daily trials of life. All we know is Christ and Him crucified.
