Yesterday I had one of the creepiest experiences I’ve ever had in public, and honestly I still feel unsettled thinking about it.

I was in a store with my son, just checking out like normal, when a man walked in wearing a postal worker uniform. I didn’t think anything of it because… why would I?

While I was at the register, this man walked past me and deliberately touched my arm. And I don’t mean a quick accidental brush while squeezing by. I mean his whole hand slowly slid up and down my elbow like he was fully intentional about it.

I immediately froze and quietly said to myself, “Did he seriously just touch me?” And I’m not even someone who normally curses.

I turned around, and he gave me that look. The one women instantly recognize. The smug “yeah, I did that” kind of look.

It made my stomach drop.

The employee helping me had gone to grab something from the back, and I followed her because suddenly I didn’t want to be standing alone out there anymore.

This was not a “law enforcement” action. This wasn’t akin to an “arrest” in New York. It was the removal of a country’s leader, with no coordination with Congress, and no coordination with the international community.

Now, whether Maduro is legitimate or not becomes irrelevant at this point - the United States is not the world’s law enforcement agency.
