@re4mat0r I've caught myself doing this more than once, reading one more book, watching one more video, when what I really needed was to take the first step.
We often think loneliness comes from the absence of people.
More often, it comes from the absence of truth.
The moment you start pretending to keep someone, you've already started losing yourself.
@SmoothApproach7 And sometimes that conversation never even needs many words. Just knowing someone stayed can be enough to help you find your own again.
@FredC919 Iβve noticed this in my own life. The breakthrough rarely came from working harder. It came from seeing what I was unnecessarily carrying and finally putting it down.
I used to wish life were easier.
Now I just hope it remains meaningful.
Easy days are forgotten.
The days that change you become the stories you carry for the rest of your life.
People often ask, "Did you win?"
A better question is:
"What did your victory cost?"
If your peace depends on someone else's suffering, you didn't really win. You only changed who pays the price.
