A workplace contract based on employers giving their all, only to be dumped by their employer when they need help, is a contract that belongs in the past.
Ppl who feel safe in their jobs are happier & more productive.
Loyalty is in. Transactional relationships are out.
When it comes to truly prioritising mental health at work, change has to come from the top. The answer to employee health and productivity does not lie with HR or surface-level actions. It requires structural change led and demonstrated by the top brass.

In 2003, Kim Campbell was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross for Heroism after successfully recovering her battle-damaged airplane after an intense close air support mission in Baghdad.
