All incinerated so much cash, really hard to select worst. Softbank threw stupid amounts of money in undisciplined way at COs not capable of using efficiently. ARK had huge impact on public markets and influence with retail investors so that may have created most negative impact.

@bobbyfijan Just walked playa vista. Amazing urban planning job. Mix of uses, work live play, pocket parks & larger parks throughout and really allows for limited car use. Def my vision for lively neighborhoods. Likely limited to no affordable housing though. @moseskagan

BREAKING: Jon Stewart just completely destroyed Republican State Senator Nathan Dahm of Oklahoma on gun reform in America. Each and every point that Dahm tried to address was completely debunked by Stewart. Stewart made Dahm look as foolish as he and his republican colleagues really are.
