@Vodacom . @mybroadband @wendyknowler has anyone else been held ransom by Vodacom like this that you know of? Please advise how they resolved it. Am being held hostage and am desperate to get this resolved as soon as possible. I have been a loyal @Vodacom customer for 5 years. #ONT

On 02/07/2026 I logged a request for cancellation. My services cancelled on 01 August 2026.
Today 13/08/2026; Vodacom still has not released the ONT after I have logged numerous calls for this release to be affected. This is has meant I can’t work.

So @Vodacom keeps sending me false confirmations of the ONT release. 2& counting. I keep having to call the network operator only to be told @Vodacom is holding the line. I may lose my job bcs of this; I haven’t been able work for 14 days now.
