@WallStreetApes She is probably including her taxes and insurance. If you borrow $300k for 30 year I think it is fare if you pay $270k in interest. No one is forcing you to keep a 30 year loan. Try and pay it off sooner. We all hope to be in a better position tomorrow next week next year
