Your goal is to trigger “open awareness”, which is that mental state you’re in when you’re in the shower or on a walk
It’s where you let your subconscious do the heavy-lifting: you just need to give it something to work on.
Really try to feel it in your body & mind. Then, take one more deep breath, and with your exhale, sit back, close your eyes, and don’t think of anything.
Ideas will come and go; that’s natural, but your subconscious is still processing the question.
