@virginmedia It remains the same with your customer service team stating there is nothing they can do. @skytv can offer a similar package and can have it set up within a week. If you continue to be unhelpful you would leave me no other choice but to cancel and join sky.

@virginmedia @virginmedia advised the temp measure for my broadband would get me upto 125mbps. So far 2.18mbps is the highest I’ve had.I have to accept this for over a month while they sort out a connection but yet they are still advertising for this area. #disgusted

@virginmedia There has been two forms filled out by @virginmedia and now a third one is being done again. There is no explanation as to why the dongle has not been issued or why the two forms have not been issued to the pre install outbound team. How are @virginmedia getting away with this?
