@NicoleOfCringe @Treyarch @TreyarchCM @CallofDutyCM Go to settings on your pc go into apps then installed apps look for the cod hq app named call of duty click the 3 dots and click advanced options scroll down till you see reset click that and it should fix it as it did for me try it
