In Reading a man was seen chasing girls armed with a knife. The police are doing little. A brand new follower gives me the inside story.

Hi David, I'd like to remain anonymous please. Me & my family live in Reading.

"Today I came home from work to hear my children, who are in primary school, had an emergency lock down in their classrooms just as by wife was picking our kids up.

"The reason was there was reports of a man walking around the area with a knife. I spoke to my kids about the lockdown and they were visibly scared especially my 5 your old little girl."

"My eldest goes to a secondary school near by & they have been practicing lockdowns in their classrooms already. She is in her first year of secondary school.

"Just last week there was a man outside her school telling the young girls he is going to rape them & kill them. This man was arrested & then released.

"There is something about to happen here in Reading & as a parent I am very concerned about mine & all the other children here.

"Thank you for the work you do."

We have 2 sorts of seahorse in the UK – short snouted and spiny. Both are adorable! Studland Bay is a very important place for seahorses but its seagrass beds are at risk.
