@ohnePixel It seems that way for sure. I got it on my main which was normal I guess, DMG, 1.2k hours. Only 15 hours recent playtime. Still a lot more people more deserving.

But then I got it on a gn1 smurf...And no longer believed that it was about the hours or rank.
