The Mining Startegy vault holds the actual book, and nobody controls it.

The book is just the vault's holdings, whatever real assets the tax stream has bought so far, oil, silver, and eventually more as governance approves them. It's the treasury itself, not a number on a chart.

No owner, no pause, no upgrade path on the vault. Every asset the agent buys gets force-forwarded straight into it, same transaction it's purchased in.

Book value per token is just vault balance divided by effective supply, calculated per asset, live onchain. Every mechanism path can only push that number up, invariant-tested and proven on a fork.

What it can't do is shield you from the market. If oil or silver falls, the book falls with it. The invariant stops anyone from draining the vault unfairly, it doesn't stop the assets inside from losing value.

What the Mining Strategy Agent is actually for.

Its job is to keep the vault's book balanced between oil and silver, tilting toward whichever one makes more sense as market conditions shift, without ever touching the money directly.

But it only proposes. Every trade still has to clear the same fence anyone else's trade would, checked against live oracle prices, capped at a small share of NAV per trade, and forced straight back into the vault. It can suggest a move, it can never send funds anywhere on its own.

Its purpose isn't to chase profit. It's to keep the book on-target, in the open, with nothing it does hidden from anyone watching.

The trend filter is currently inert.

It requires 100 days of oracle history. The feed has 6.

Our backtesting also puts the expected forward edge over simply holding at approximately zero.

This is risk plumbing, not an alpha machine.

Dome & Telescope: the trend signal itself. Live oracle inputs run through the actual production signal code, so this is true even pre-launch. Missing history shows as a visible no-lock, never a fake reading.
