The love/hate relationship I have for Love is Blind is intense. Like a book club, our rural community needs a reality TV club. The first meeting is us yelling HOW CAN U DO JUMPING JACKS WHEN LISTENING TO SOMEONES TRAUMA, quickly followed by searching for income of ballet dancers.

Figuring out ADHD as an adult is kind of disorienting. A lot of things I assumed were “that’s just me” or quirky personality traits are basically “hey, it’s just me-flavored with a heavy splash of mental illness.”

Receiving my Covid 19 booster and the flu shot at the same time, in hindsight, was a poor choice. I feel like I was in a car accident that was during a MN winter and I somehow swallowed rocks? 😂 Give me another 24 hours to be human again.
