Everyone is correctly pointing out he’s no longer good and hasn’t been for years, but also: Imagine being a fan who actually opposed the choice back in 2022 for moral reasons and waking up to this. Four years and it isn’t over.
@JeffPassan Can you explain to small
market fans why we shouldn’t be rooting for a lockout if it brings more parity to MLB in the long term? Besides the bummer of losing games or a season, it seems there is more to gain. Wouldn’t more players seem to also the win?
Thanks @AmericanAir I’ve never been kicked off a flight before while the standbys were still allowed on. You would think the travel credit would at least cover the cost of the flight. Guess I’ll be late for Christmas.
Just voted and reread the Issue 1 ballot language. What a stain on Frank LaRose and the Ohio Supreme Court. Campaigning is prohibited in the polling place, but they did it right there on the ballot.
The funny thing is the only argument for the electoral college isn’t even true. It doesn’t get politicians to reach out and listen to voters in all those in-between states, or rural voters in big states. It just makes seven-ish states hyper-important for no good reason
It’s incredibly shitty to do this to the rest of the team. Joel Bitonio is out there every week playing through who knows what and has to wreck his body when they have no chance of being good b/c of the QB. Myles Garrett is playing in pain every week. Feel for everyone else there
@AriWasserman@TomFornelli This bloodbath has me convinced. I’m out on the playoff. The fact that UGA is alive and well is garbage. Of course I’ll still watch but you 2 were right. This sucks.
We probably make too much of nonconference games. But there aren't many data points to compare.
Miami, ND, USC beating teams likely headed for middle to back of the SEC pack isn't that big of a deal until you think about what it would have meant for the SEC to win those games.
