@Uber Uber is great until there is a problem and then you all leave your customers high and dry with no way to find lost phones and no customer support.

@Uber You all need a customer service number - if someone leave their phone in a car their is no way to report it because you require the report to be on their uber app which is on the phone that is now left in the car. Hire some real people to help customers
