Kansas, look at this budget profile. At end of FY24, even w/ SPED increase, Kansas has $3B ending balance & $1.6B budget stabilization fund. Those will be reduced if taxes are cut further, but c’mon, how can we not #FullyFundSPED as already promised in state law #ksleg #ksed

@heymrsbond Seems like the right order so far and seems like quite an accomplishment with 2 littles at home (mine are 5 and 3 sometimes remembering to eat is an accomplishment
When you are ready to go from paper to computer, my husband suggest Scrivener, it helps with formatting to publish

@mrbgilson Especially when we got to the lesson about Hellen Keller overcoming her disability. No, just learned accommodations and those around her learned accommodations, she still had a disability.

@mrbgilson I had the same thoughts, teaching a new curriculum with in to my SPED HS math Ss. Had to make lots of statements about you can't change your disability and you can't outgrow it, but you can get better at math a little at a time. Eventually I started skipping those
