I had a lovely time volunteering at @JDRFUK #OneWalk at @cardiffmet this morning! What a day for it and a fab route. I hope lots of money will be raised for #type1diabetes research!

It's #InternationalNursesDay! We are celebrating our Nutrition Nurses who work within Nutrition and Dietetics supporting patients who need enteral tube feeding. They support our patients and staff in acute and community settings with safe care of feeding tubes and education⭐️

It’s #WalkToWorkDay! Walking is a brilliant way to beat the traffic, get some steps in and start the day mindfully. If you’re unable to walk to work, parking further away from the office and using the stairs instead of the lift are all ways to add more movement into your day!

Here we are in Neath Port Talbot Hospital joined by the Speech and Language Therapy team and ward staff. We work together to help patients who have had a stroke. We ensure as best possible that their nutritional needs are met via their oral intake or enterally #NHWeek #NHW2024

I was lucky enough to stay at @rivercottage last night and experience their Chef's Table. We had a brilliant time! The food and drink pairings were delicious, and they looked after me with my GF options ❤️ It was inspiring to see so much fermented food and drink on the menu!

Diabetes is brutal. I'm holding out for my life and the lives of all those affected by #T1D to improve so that we can live without diabetes being our constant shadow. I support @jdrf_uk in their work to keep improving lives until the cure is found.
