We’ve had 2wks of fun with the #MerthyrPipyn team.
We’ve prepared healthy snacks, made Quesadillas and learnt how to look after our teeth! We also looked at reducing our screen time and enjoyed joining in with activities such as ball games as an alternative !@cwmtafdietetics

We have 2 rides this weekend. Saturday is our ride to Aberfan Community Centre. On Sunday we’ll ride down the Trevithick Trail to The Windsor for a bacon roll and return on the Taff Trail.
