We are outraged at today's Supreme Court ruling, allowing Monsanto and chemical companies to avoid responsibility that their labeling fails to warn people about critical harms. 1/2
Here it is, my occasional reminder that balloons don't get up to grandma in heaven. They come back to Earth as trash.
Sometimes stuck in a tree. Sometimes floating in a river. Sometimes wrapped around the neck of an animal.
Keep the celebration of life, but lose the balloon release.
Asylum is a human right.
The Supreme Court just gave the Trump Administration the green light to strip protections from hundreds of thousands of people seeking refuge from war, violence, and persecution.
Sending families back into danger is not justice. It's cruelty masquerading as policy.
A high-ranking FEMA official, who sparked controversy for claiming that millions of people voted illegally in the 2016 election and who said that he once teleported to a Waffle House, has gone on leave. https://t.co/0I8SrwQrTB
@atrupar Lies! My mom is in nursing care out of pocket! I pay for nursing care and she has hospice to help offset out of pocket nursing and many other needs! The insurance covers any doc visits etc. Stop scaring people! If patient decides to go to hospital you just have to sign up again
Unearthed audio: RFK Jr. pushes a third-party candidate to drop out in exchange for a taxpayer-funded position in the federal government:
“I can’t go into specifics because there’s legal prohibitions about that.”
Justice Alito’s son works inside Trump’s Treasury. Alito ruled on a case where Treasury was the defendant and didn’t recuse. The WSJ says calling this out is “attacking the Court.” No. Federal law requires recusal when impartiality “might reasonably be questioned.”
A judge ruling on his son’s employer? Question answered. Time for a binding Supreme Court ethics code.
Let’s be clear about what’s going on here: They knew this story would hit, may have even been the source. It’s an effort to intimidate people into thinking it’s too risky to work the polls, too risky to vote. Do not bend the knee here. If you haven’t already, register & volunteer
Amy Coney Barrett adopted two children from Haiti.
Now she’s part of a Supreme Court majority allowing the Trump administration to end Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for roughly 350,000 Haitians, putting many at risk of losing legal protection while instability continues in their home country.
Many Haitians with TPS work as nurses, nursing assistants, home health aides, and other essential healthcare professionals across the United States.
This is a profound contradiction. Supporters argue the ruling was about executive authority and immigration law, not the merits of Haiti’s conditions.
Whatever your view, these decisions affect real families, real workers, and real communities. That’s why transparency, accountability, and thoughtful public debate matter.
Terrible ruling today out of SCOTUS.
After President Trump put his finger on the scales, Bayer has won in court what it could not get through Congress: a powerful new shield from accountability.
If the Supreme Court is going to put even more weight on EPA’s pesticide review and labeling process, then Congress and the President have a responsibility to fix the dangerous gap this decision exposes. EPA must be transparent, science-based, independent, and accountable to the public—not the industries it is supposed to regulate.
We have won this fight before and we must again.
🇺🇸🧐🤔U.S. House Representative Thomas Massie:
“Last night I received a flash drive containing the complete list of files belonging to Jeffrey Epstein. Everything is there: every billionaire, every campaign donor, every single person. Now let me explain why you haven’t heard anything about this in the media. Because they’re all in there. They will do everything to prevent these documents from being made public. Epstein was far more than just a pedophile; he was an intelligence asset. He was part of a blackmail operation used to control billionaires, politicians, and world leaders. If this list ever sees the light of day, the system as we know it will collapse. The public has the right to know the truth, and I am not afraid to share it.”
It looks like a political earthquake may be coming.
Corporate greed is Tim Cook, the billionaire Apple CEO, claiming that hiking prices on Apple products by over $200 is "unavoidable" after it made $112 billion in profits last year & spent $310 billion on stock buybacks.
These price hikes aren't unavoidable. They're unacceptable.
Federal prosecutors opened an investigation into the suspicious circumstances surrounding Trump's commutation of a convicted fraudster only for Trump's DOJ appointees to suddenly halt the probe.
You bet that raises concerns.

The World Cup in Philadelphia. The Blue Wave of Curacao. I never thought I would experience scenes like this in my city. What an incredible experience🇨🇼🌊
Shanette Williams, whose daughter Amber Thurman died after being denied abortion care, endorses Jon Ossoff's 2026 Senate campaign:
"Senator Ossoff is not an average politician. He leads with both conviction and humanity. He listens, he follows through, and he understands that public service is about serving people, not seeking personal recognition."
