🚨 بملابس النوم ودون حذاء.. هل تحولت الأجهزة الأمنية إلى فرق اقتحام مرعبة؟ 🚨
بتاريخ اليوم، اقتحمت قوة من فرع المعلومات تضم حوالي 10 عناصر منزل الناشط هارون فرحات عنوة! لم يُراعَ حرمة بيت ولا وجود أطفال. تم سحبه بالقوة من غرفة نومه بملابس النوم، ومنعوه حتى من انتعال حذائه، ليتعرض للضرب والدفع أمام أعين أولاده الذين عاشوا لحظات من الرعب الحقيقي.
هذا الأسلوب يعيد إلى الأذهان سريعاً ما تفعله اجهزة امنية في محطات مماثلة من اجل "القدح والذم".
السيناريو يتكرر، والنهج القمعي يتصاعد!
وعلى الأثر، توجه وكيل هارون القانوني المحامي رفيق غريزي إلى قسم مكافحة جرائم المعلوماتية لحضور التحقيق معه ومتابعة خلفيات هذا التوقيف التعسفي والمستغرب.
السؤال الموجه للقضاء والأجهزة المعنية: هل يعقل في دولة تدعي الديمقراطية، أن تصدر إشارة قضائية بهذه القسوة والهمجية بسبب دعوى "قدح وذم"؟
ولماذا لا يتم التحقيق بمضمون ما ينشروه من فساد .منذ متى تُقتحم البيوت وتُنتهك الكرامات وتُضرب الآباء أمام أطفالهم من أجل رأي أو منشور؟
ما نراه ليس تطبيقاً للقانون، بل هو تسلّط أمني سافر وكسر لكرامات الناس لإسكات كل صوت معارض. كفى ترهيباً!
