Was Mr. Lenminsang of Kolchung Village deliberately killed while present at Songkong Village, Henglep Subdivision, Manipur? This serious question deserves a thorough, impartial, and transparent investigation. Authorities must establish the facts, determine responsibility, and ensure accountability based on evidence, not speculation, in the interest of justice and public trust.
Notable deliberate killing of civilian in India:
1. Pathribal Killings (Jammu & Kashmir, 2000)
* Five civilians were killed and later presented as foreign militants allegedly responsible for the Chittisinghpura massacre.
* Investigations by the Central Bureau of Investigation concluded the encounter was staged, though prosecutions became legally complex.
2. Machil Fake Encounter Case (Jammu & Kashmir, 2010)
* Three civilians were killed and falsely portrayed as infiltrating militants.
* A military court later convicted several Army personnel, making it one of the rare cases resulting in convictions.
3. Malom Massacre (Manipur, 2000)
* Ten civilians were reportedly killed by personnel of the Assam Rifles at Malom near Imphal.
* The incident led to the long hunger strike of Irom Sharmila against AFSPA.
4. Mon Killings (Nagaland, 2021)
* Security forces mistakenly opened fire on civilians in Mon district, killing several people.
* Official inquiries acknowledged failures in intelligence and operational execution.
5. Oinam Operations (Manipur, 1987–1988)
* Human-rights organizations documented allegations of civilian abuses, unlawful killings, torture, and destruction of property during counter-insurgency operations.
* The allegations remain a subject of historical and legal debate.
6. Extra-Judicial Execution Victim Families Association (EEVFAM) Cases (Manipur)
* Hundreds of alleged fake encounter cases were brought before the Supreme Court of India.
* The Court ordered investigations into selected cases, emphasizing that even in insurgency-hit areas, the use of force must comply with the law.

The cycle of Tangkhul sponsored violence continues to claim innocent lives.
Two more Kuki civilians were reportedly killed in Kultuh, a Kuki village in Kamjong District, in a pre-dawn attack attributed to NSCN-IM (Eastern Front). Their deaths add to the 12 lives lost over the past few months.

Manipur : Khodang village became the first Kuki village in Manipur to be formally resettled after the May 2023 ethnic violence, as displaced residents returned to their homes on May 28, 2026, exactly three years after the village was deserted following the outbreak of the conflict. The resettlement programme was inaugurated by Shri Paolenlal Haokip MLA Saikot A/C at the village located along the border of Churachandpur, Kakching & Bishnupur districts.

~While the central forces have been swiftly launching operations in Kuki areas in connection with the disappearance of the six Kacha Naga individuals, how is it possible that one of the Kuki villages in the Sadar Hills district of Kukiland was reportedly set ablaze by Kacha Naga militants in broad daylight under the watch of the central forces?
This glaring contradiction has raised serious questions and deepened suspicions among the Kuki people regarding the conduct, priorities, and effectiveness of the ongoing operations.
The incident has further eroded public confidence and intensified concerns about whether adequate protection is being provided to vulnerable Kuki villages during such operations, the continued failure to secure the safe release of the Kuki hostages has also raised serious concerns about selective action and unequal treatment.
The violent suppression of Kuki voices, the apparent indifference toward Kuki hostages, and the failure to prevent attacks on vulnerable Kuki villages deserve the strongest possible condemnation. All democratic institutions, human rights organizations, civil society groups, and right-thinking people across the world must speak out against these grave injustices and demand accountability, impartial action, and equal protection under the law for every citizen.

The ongoing Manipur Conflict conflict has become a playground for NSCN-IM and proxies. They trained more Tangkhul peoples to fight against the Kukis,to Kill newborn babies, rape women and children etc
and to
seek territorial dominance in Kuki land through fear and violence.
Kuki Inpi welcomes the constitution of a High-Level Committee (HLC) on demographic changes by @HMOIndia. The HLC must establish the truth and end politically motivated disinformation. With this committee, attempts to deny our rights by branding us “illegal immigrants” will stop.
Kharam Vaiphei, a Kuki village, lies in the ashes. Homes were burned and families displaced, reportedly in the presence of Central Forces. If those tasked with protecting civilians were there, how was this allowed to happen? The people deserve answers.@PMOIndia@AmitShah@NIA_India

How come the terrorists groups behind the CFs.
This prove that CFs battalion became a part of NSCN-IM terrorist.

THE BIBLE COLLEGE STILL STANDS IN RUINS — A SHAMEFUL ACT OF VIOLENCE
Imphal, Manipur
On May 4, 2023, Trulock Theological College located to the heart of Imphal city was reduced to ashes on what should have been a joyful graduation day.
As students and families gathered to celebrate, members of #ArambaiTenggol allegedly stormed the campus, looted valuables, and burned the entire seminary to the ground.
Today, the Bible college remains in ruins — a painful symbol of hatred, destruction, and an attack on faith, education, and humanity itself. Such barbaric violence deserves the strongest condemnation and must never be forgotten.

KHARAM VAIPHEI village has been burnt down in broad daylight post combing operation by the CF's. Allegedly the village volunteers were told to vacate by the central forces before the village was burnt down by the terrorist Tangkhul community NSCN-IM and ZUF
#Manipur
Yesterday, peaceful Kuki civilians from Ukhrul district came out to protest democratically against the continuous pressure, intimidation, and forced attempts to push roads and highways through Kuki ancestral villages by sections of the Meitei community and Tangkhul community. Instead of listening to the genuine concerns of innocent civilians, violence and brutality were allegedly unleashed against unarmed Kuki protesters.
The KukiCommunity is outraged by serious allegations that armed elements linked to Arambai Tenggol, Myanmar-based Meitei militants, NSCN Eastern Flank, and NSCN-IM were seen operating in uniforms similar to Manipur Police personnel while firing toward peaceful Kuki civilian protesters and injuring innocent people. Even more disturbing are allegations that Ukhrul Police personnel were involved or remained silent during such inhuman acts against unarmed civilians.
How can armed militant groups openly move wearing police-like uniforms inside Manipur? How can civilians trust law enforcement when militants and armed groups allegedly operate side by side under the shadow of authority? This incident reminds the Kuki people of the horrifying violence of 3rd May 2023, when armed Meitei militant groups allegedly operated openly under political protection while innocent Kuki civilians, churches, homes, and villages were attacked and destroyed. History is repeating itself again before the eyes of the nation.
The entire country and the international community must know the painful reality faced by the Kuki people. For months, Kuki civilians have repeatedly alleged that Meitei groups and certain Naga groups have blocked the movement of food supplies, rice, medicine, and essential commodities through Imphal, Senapati, and Dimapur routes. Yet despite repeated cries for help, many authorities have remained silent while innocent civilians suffer hunger, fear, and uncertainty.
The KukiCommunity is also deeply angered over allegations that NSCN-IM used ZUF Kamson elements in attacks targeting Kuki pastors and civilians. Till today, innocent Kuki civilians reportedly detained under the influence of NSCN-IM-linked groups remain missing, threatened, beaten, and their families still do not know whether they are alive. Mothers are crying, fathers are helpless, children are living in fear, and the silence of authorities is becoming unbearable.
Enough is enough. The KukiCommunity will not remain silent while innocent civilians are hunted, ancestral villages threatened, and democratic voices crushed through fear and violence. The Government of India, Army officials, Central Forces, judiciary, and international human rights bodies must immediately intervene before the situation completely spirals out of control. Justice delayed is justice denied.

Today's Rally in Moreh, demanding justice for the slain #kukiZo Pastors and the release of 14 individuals held hostages by UNC.

Kharam Vaiphei, a #Kuki-Zo village, was reportedly attacked and set on fire today by the #ZUF Kamson faction, allegedly linked to the #NSCN-IM. The area had remained relatively peaceful until security forces dismantled bunkers in the vicinity.
Residents are deeply disturbed that, shortly after the bunkers were removed, homes were allegedly burned in the presence of security personnel. This has sparked serious questions about how such an incident could unfold despite the deployment of armed forces.
The affected community deserves clarity, accountability, and justice. An independent and transparent investigation is crucial to determine the facts and address the concerns of the people. @NIA_India@YKhemchandSingh@UNHumanRights@KonthoujamG@LokBhavManipur@official_dgar@crpfindia@Spearcorps@adgpi@rashtrapatibhvn@SCJudgments
The burning of Kharam Vaiphei village is yet another tragic reminder of the complete failure of the State Government to ensure the safety and security of its citizens.
If such an incident could occur during a so-called search operation conducted by 2/8Gorkhas, the Government of Manipur and the SP of Kangpokpi District must answer serious questions. The Kuki community cannot continue to be subjected to selective enforcement, selective justice, and collective victimization while those responsible for violence and destruction remain unaccountable.
The Kuki people have already endured immense suffering, displacement, and loss. Instead of receiving justice and protection, they are repeatedly made to bear the burden of administrative failures and biased actions.
We strongly condemn this incident and hold the concerned authorities morally and administratively responsible for maintaining law and order. Justice cannot be selective. Peace cannot be built on discrimination. The continued targeting and neglect of the Kuki community will only deepen mistrust and further undermine confidence in the rule of law.
@PMOIndia@AmitShah@ndtv@manipur_police@humanrightstz
Today, Kharam Vaiphei village was reduced to ashes while innocent Kuki civilians fled for their lives under gunfire and terror. The KukiCommunity strongly condemns the brutal burning of our ancestral village allegedly carried out by NSCN-IM, ZUF Kamson group, Arambai Tenggol, and Myanmar-based Meitei militants while Central Forces and Manipur Police allegedly failed to protect innocent civilians on the ground.
Families were forced to run from their own homes as flames consumed houses, properties, and ancestral land built through generations. Women, children, and elderly villagers were left helpless while armed groups allegedly moved openly and fearlessly during the attack. The silence and failure to stop such violence have deeply angered the KukiCommunity.
Serious allegations have also been raised against the SP of Kangpokpi district for allegedly providing protection or allowing armed groups linked to NSCN-IM, ZUF Kamson group, and Arambai Tenggol to operate freely during the burning of Kharam Vaiphei village. If these allegations are true, it represents a complete betrayal of constitutional duty and raises disturbing questions about how innocent citizens are expected to trust the very institutions meant to protect them.
The KukiCommunity wants the entire nation and international community to know that Kuki ancestral villages are being attacked, civilians displaced, homes burnt, and innocent people terrorized while those responsible continue to operate without fear. This is not peace. This is not justice. This is the destruction of innocent lives under the shadow of political silence and selective action.
We demand immediate and strict action against NSCN-IM, ZUF Kamson group, Arambai Tenggol, Myanmar-based Meitei militants, and every individual involved in the burning of Kharam Vaiphei village. We also demand an independent investigation into the role of officials accused of failing to stop or prevent the attack. The Government of India must immediately intervene before more innocent lives and villages are destroyed. Enough of the suffering. Enough of the silence. Enough of watching Kuki villages burn while the world looks away.
