"The Bolshevists persistently tell us that religion is opium for the people. Marxism is indeed opium for those who might take to thinking and must therefore be weaned from it." - Ludwig Von Mises
@No34532518 There's literally a keyboard player facing the audience, right next to the lead singer.
It's part of the performance aesthetic for the lead singer - keyboards never looked that "cool", especially since he would have to sing standing in front of it, not using it, in vocal parts.
@Jessethefree I still need to read into objectivist epistemology. I have the litterature, but Frederick Coplestons history of philosophy takes a while.
Atlas Shrugged was great, but that's all I have read so far by Ayn Rand
@Jessethefree@YouTube Tony was such a great singer. Got to see No Use For A Name in Copenhagen not long before he died. 'International You Day', 'Black Box' and 'Dumb Reminders' are my top 3 No Use For A Name songs.
@ACPMain Lady 1 in the communist bread line: "last week we only got half a bread loaf - todages it's only one slice!"
Lady 2: " yeah, but have you heard about America? They don't even get any bread for free"

@goodreads Pillars of Eternity
Frederick copleston - A history of Philosophy greece and Rome
Maybe a little Carl Jung - Modern man in search of a soul
I jump around, but Pillars is REALLY hard to put down
@DisastroMan@Osteopocalypse Jim Morrison was not a good singer... he was an entertainer, a front man and a character; but by no means a great singer. That coupled with songs that are quite three-chordy blues and monotonous, makes The Doors, in my opinion, quite boring.
