@ZARA_Care I ordered (& paid for) a customised item, it’s arrived without the customisation. How do I get my item replaced with one that is customised? That doesn’t involve me waiting 2 weeks for a refund, and having to reorder the item and pay postage again?

On the plus side it was a good lesson in how to create as much effort as you can for the customer.

Return your item, you have to drop it off, refund will take up to 2 weeks. Your item is now out of stock. After you’ve ordered new item….
