Vueling lost my bag on a 45min ✈️ from Barcelona-Mallorca.
They returned by bag 30 hours later. Vueling is denying claim for reimbursement by lying & demanding documents it never gave. I guess time for me to go to consumer complaints commission. Anyone have other advice?

@vueling @Chaarrtjee Vueling lost my bag on a 45 min flight from Barcelona to Mallorca and now won't reimburse me for items purchased while the bag was delayed. On top of that, they are lying about when my bag was returned to me! Never again
