After my recent exp with @IndiGo6E , I’ve decided to quit flying with them. They gave 4 seats nowhere nearby for 4 of us. 2 adults , 2 girls age 9 &4. They have policy for protecting their empls not passengers. When asked the counter Mr. Basheer put d blame on us.

Wen askd 2 call his mgr, he said no 1 is abv me here. We were in counter for 40 mins. finally got his mgr 2 come and sort it. We asked a lady behind 2 go 2 nxt counter as it was taking time. She said, its same for her. She & her 5 yr old got entirely separate seat too.@IndiGo6E
