@flyspicejet FYI I had already checked in ..had a mobile boarding pass as well but wanted a printed copy of boarding pass .. why do I have to pay rs 100?.. howz it contactless boarding (?? if one has to queue up for 15 mins for baggage drop off @HardeepSPuri @flyspicejet

@flyspicejet charging 100 rs printing per boarding pass at Patna Airport. This is an open Loot ...first they charge Rs 99-900 for seats and now 100 rs for getting print for boarding pass. @HardeepSPuri pls take note of this.#shameful #spicejet

@flyspicejet @HardeepSPuri disappointed that the aviation ministry is allowing such charges to be levied on customers in the name of contactless boarding. One look at the entire boarding process #PatnaAirport one can see it is everything except contactless boarding..

@flyspicejet Also for drop in check in baggages one has to be in queue for 15 mins then how is it contactless boarding..getting a boarding pass if web checked should be free and non chargeable.. in the name of contactless boarding this is a loot @flyspicejet @HardeepSPuri
