@MORTHIndia Dear Sir,
I humbly request the concerned authorities to consider allowing motorcycles above 350 cc engine capacity on Expressways. Such motorcycles attract a high GST rate of 40% and are generally equipped with superior safety features, enhanced braking systems, better stability, and higher cruising capabilities suitable for controlled-access highways.
Additionally, many owners of such motorcycles possess BH (Bharat) registration, which is specifically intended to facilitate seamless interstate travel. Restricting these vehicles from using Expressways limits the very purpose of long-distance mobility for which they are designed and registered.
I request the authorities to kindly review the existing policy and consider permitting motorcycles above 350 cc, subject to compliance with all prescribed safety norms, rider licensing requirements, and protective gear regulations.
Thank you for your kind consideration.
Yours faithfully, Eklavya Misra

@narendramodi Sir Bihar State Administration is totally failed in addressing #swatchbharat Mission. Recently I am in Arrah Bhojpur, Bihar and found that whole city is having poor hygienic condition as solid waste is spread everywere in the town area.
@MoHUA_India Arrah Nagar Nigam, Bihar has no clue of #Swatchbharat Mission. #MoHUA is requested to take immediate action if we think Bihar is part of INDIA.

@VinkeshGulati Dear Sir, recently there is great confusion about the renewal registration of Petrol Cars (with CNG Kit) in Delhi. The NGT order only speaks about Petrol/ Diesel cars. Sir we need clarification on CNG retrofit 15+ yrs. vehicles also. Please clarify.
@VinkeshGulati NGT notice restricts Petrol/ Diesel vehicles only due to emission standards, however CNG is considered as cleaner alternative fuel. In this case why CNG vehicles can't be re-registered with fitness test.
