@sainsburys I’d love to but I went to the link. It asked me some questions. I confirmed I had been asked to DM and apparently a colleague will be in touch with me shortly (12 hours ago)🤦🏻♀️
@sainsburys How can one of your customers service agents lie to me, be prejudiced, try to bribe me, wrongly accuse your driver of harassment & hang up on me. Only for FIVE customer services managers not to call me back despite promises they will?
There is a myth lots of people want to believe that nobody anywhere has a clue or knows what they are doing or is handling COVID any better than the UK. It isn’t true.
@RicWilki My husband said he saw on Twitter that the chef used a recipe from his place of work, which was a trade secret and he didn’t have permission to use it...
@ESPAskincare I can’t message you. I can’t call you. I can’t privately tweet you so I guess that means I can bore everyone on my timeline by telling you, your customer service is rubbish and ask where my delayed order is - as apparently you have lost the ability to email me...
I don't understand.
- Police are protecting a statue from people who want to protect it from people who don't seem to be there.
- Meanwhile the man who stopped us all from having to salute like a Nazi is celebrated by men doing Nazi salutes.
I mean, it's very 2020, but still.
If you're saying the statues should remain in place to help educate, at school I managed to learn long division without there being a fucking statue of it in the middle of a city
Super proud of @wnettleford for doing this important piece about the #blackliveamatter movement in the UK. Racism (individual and institutional) isn’t just an American problem.
"It's always happened in our communities, both here and in the USA"
George Floyd's death has shone a light on the UK's battle with racial inequality.
Bonnie Greer has been protesting against racism since the 1960s, she's hoping this moment will be a springboard for change.
We're at quite a pivot point/historic hinge here. If nothing happens and we all move on, then political accountability in this country - at least between, if not actually at, elections - is essentially over. Anybody in a position of power will be able to do pretty much anything.
.@KayBurley What’s the govt advice if you’re struggling with your eyesight?Gove: It’s to seek medical advice
KB: So it’s not to take a 60 mile round trip with your 4 year old strapped in the back?
Ask if his wife can drive. Ask how far his car can do on a full tank. Ask whether he coincidentally had a full tank when they decided to make the trip. Ask why No. 10 said he was in London.
