Many colleagues are talking about the challenges we face with behaviour post-lockdown. Truancy, lateness to lessons and defiance can eat away at a school’s culture. The impact on pupils, staff and achievement can ultimately ruin the life chances of the most disadvantaged.
@MadamDortch Speak to primary schools and meet with the most vulnerable families, have pupil passports ready to go in Sept but be prepared to need to update them very quickly, ask tutors to contact families as early as possible. Feel free to DM me if you want.
